We, the Women of Today,
are Service, Growth and Fellowship.
We believe that through us
great lessons can be learned,
worthy deeds performed,
and a hand of fellowship extended
to millions of women everywhere.
May we leave the world a better place
because we lived and served within it.
Established in 1998, the St. Cloud Women of Today has been dedicated to community service and leadership training.

Chaplain/ Family - furnishes non-denominational spiritual leadership and promotes programs for the improvement of family life.

Civic Awareness - Promotes awareness and involvement in the government process along with civic issues.

Jacob Wetterling Foundation- educates and raises funds to aid this program which promotes child safety.

NEWSLET - is the official newspaper of the Minnesota Women of Today and is distributed to all members of the organization. We also have a local newsletter distributed to all members.

People with Developmental Challenges (PDC) - aids and educates the public, as well as raises funds and provides advocacy for individuals with developmental challenges.

Personal Enrichment - programs and courses are designed to "build a better you" through personal growth topics. Effective speaking and writing activities are promoted.

Public Relations - promotes the Women of Today in each community and throughout the state.

Records and Recognition (R & R) encourages good record-keeping for chapter projects; also recognizes outstanding individuals and projects.

Success Through Enthusiastic Participation (STEP) - is a tri-level recognition program to serve as an incentive for individuals to become, and remain, active members,  this is promoted with new and exsisting members..

Ways and Means - runs projects with the intent to raise funds for the state's and/or chapter's internal operating expenses.

Womens Wellness - focuses on providing and supporting women's health education through traditional and holistic medical practices, as well as balanced lifestyles. Highlights include promoting March of Dimes Walk America, and promoting health areas and a foundation.

Youth and Community Involvement - recognizes the youth in our communities and related projects; sponsors any and all general community service activities.
The mission of the Minnesota Women of Today is to help women improve their own lives and the lives of the communities around them. The organization shall be a place in which young women are actively encouraged to become involved and hold positions of leadership.

*Nominated an individual in the community for her outstanding work with developmentally challenged students
*Certification offered for effective speaking and writing accomplishments

*Offer personal enrichment courses such as time management, stress management, effective listening, and self esteem

*Shopping Boutique (Vendor Showcase)

*Kids Week was celebrated in August with a cookout and games

* School supplies were collected and donated to needy children.

*BINGO with St. Scholastica Sisters, provided assistance with playing as well as prizes.

*Buckets of Sunshine - Lice Management, project is underway to purchase needed supplies to donate to the Stearns county public nurse to distribute to families in need.

*Crimestopper service project - put business cards and brochures together for local police departments to pass out

*Donated funds to the ALS walk

*Participated in Relay for Life and also did a fund raiser to benefit the American Cancer Society

*Decorated Tahlahi Care Center for th holidays

*Helped elderly write Christmas Cards

*Selected children from the Angel Tree and pruchased gifts.

Held a non-denominational fellowship service in honor of those affected by domestic violence.
